Our Warranty Policy
- The Recessed Lighting Company warrants that it will repair any wiring installation for a period of (5) years from the date of the original installation, subject to verification of original work order and given that the following guidelines are met:
a. The Recessed Lighting Company originally provided and installed the wiring and connections.
b. The wiring and devices in the circuit have not been modified and/or subjected to inappropriate application. - Recessed Lighting Company warrants that it will repair or replace any defective LED lamps or modular LED units that we provide and install for a period of (2) years from the date of the original installation. If the original product is not available, Recessed Lighting Company reserves the right to substitute a product which is similar in look and specifications.
- Recessed Lighting Company warrants that it will repair or replace any defective lighting controls (Switches, dimmers, etc.) that we provide and install for a period of (2) years from the date of the original installation.
- Customer-provided items may be covered by separate manufacturers’ warranties. Recessed Lighting Company does not make any warranties whatsoever as to these items that are not provided by Recessed Lighting Company and will accept no responsibility or liability whatsoever therefore.
- Warranty is void if any person or company other than an employee of Recessed Lighting Company performs work on the warranted item(s) or item(s) affecting warranted item(s).
- This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is nontransferable.
